The consequences of becoming stressed these days by some reasons such as quarantine, lockdown, self-isolation, loss of work, education, and income is the problem arising in the mental health conditions of every individual. As stress and anxiety slowly affect most of the population, many studies say that they are experiencing some kind of level of pain. Safety and protocols are being established to specify groups of people that are in more risk to catch Covid-19, limiting the usual activities where people are accustomed to, and restricting individuals that have conditions in their mental health and have illness. The continuation of this kind of scenario, front liners are more likely to experience some issues on their physical and mental health well-being as they are the first one who experience and are more exposed to traumatic and stressful conditions of this wide-spreading epidemic.
