Self improvement is the way and process of improving our actions. There are a lot of things that we did not change for the sake of others but how can we move forward if we do not choose the best of us and that is self improvement. Why is self improvement important? Because it can make you focus and achieve your goals. There are things that you need to know on how we can achieve self improvement.

People can experience problems in different ways but sometimes they can’t solve it easily. By solving their problems they must need to change themselves. Someone needs to change their attitude just so they can’t lose the one thing they love. Problems are not easy to solve; they need to consider something while solving it and consider things that they think they can achieve their goals and improve their conditions. Some people are giving ideas to their circumstances but they still need to manage the things that they need to control. There are things in life that are difficult to change and cannot really change. No matter what people will suggest, don't mind them and just follow your own decisions (Mike Hawkins, 2021).

According to Venugopal (2021), 2020 is a roller coaster for the people, so this year they need to prioritize themselves and help people to achieve their goals by recommending these five apps. The first app is Calm, that we need to practice ourselves in focusing and relaxing rather than panicking that may result in being stressed. Second is the Wallet app which can help them manage their finances and to track those things that need to be paid. Third, SkillShare is a tutorial application where it can help students for their assignments and projects. Next is MyFitnessPal can make them achieve their fitness goals and to monitor the food that they ate. While the last application that you will need is Smoke Free to get rid of smoking and to give them tips on how they can stop smoking. These five applications can change the lifestyle of a person and they can also have self improvement.
